• Free shipping on orders above ₹1,00,000
• Orders are shipped through reliable logistics partners
• Shipping availability depends on serviceable locations

Delivery Verification

To ensure safe delivery, identity verification is mandatory at the time of receipt.

• Recipient must provide a valid government-issued ID: Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID
• Courier personnel will verify and record ID details
• Cooperation during verification is required

Delivery Conditions

• Delivery allowed only to residential or workplace addresses
• Delivery to public places is not permitted
• Courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times
• If unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned

Order Tracking & Address Changes

• Tracking details (AWB) shared after dispatch
• Orders can be tracked via your website account
• Shipping address can be modified only before dispatch
• Address change requests must be emailed to support

Damaged Products

• Report damage within 24 hours of delivery
• Contact us via phone and email immediately
• Do not discard or tamper with the package
• Investigation will be conducted before resolution
• Delayed reporting will not be accepted

Missing Items

• Inspect the package before accepting delivery
• Report missing items within 24 hours
• Investigation shall be completed within 3 working days
• Claims after the reporting window will not be accepted

Non-Receipt of Order

• Contact support within 24 hours of delivery confirmation
• Provide necessary details for investigation
• Resolution will be provided within 3 working days
