- Exchanges are valid only for online purchases
- Purchases made via our store or third-party platforms are not covered
Exchange Within 3 Days
We offer a flexible exchange option within 3 days of delivery, ensuring maximum value for your purchase.
- 100% value exchange for unused jewellery
- No deduction on making charges (if unused)
- Product must be in original condition
- Original invoice and certificates are mandatory
- Only one exchange allowed per invoice
- Partial exchange of jewellery is not permitted
Conditions for Exchange
To maintain the authenticity and quality of our jewellery, the following conditions must be met:
- Product must pass quality inspection (QC)
- QC process may take up to 3 working days
- Product must be returned with all original documents
- Any complimentary gifts must be returned or deducted
- Applicable taxes and charges will be borne by the customer
Non-Eligible Products
Certain categories are excluded from the 3-day exchange policy due to their nature.
- Customized or altered jewellery
- Made-to-order products
- Gold and silver coins or bars
- Silver articles
- Promotional or discounted products
Exchange After 3 Days
For exchanges requested after 3 days, valuation will be based on prevailing market rates.
- Exchange value calculated as per prevailing gold / diamond / platinum / silver rates
- Original invoice and certificates are required
- Making charges, taxes, and stone weight will be deducted
- Exchange value adjusted against new purchase
- Price difference must be paid by customer
Exchange Value Calculation
Exchange value is determined based on category-specific benchmarks:
Gold Jewellery
- 100% of prevailing gold rate
Diamond Jewellery
- Gold value at prevailing rate
- Diamond value at prevailing rate (less original discount)
Gold Coins
- Based on prevailing gold rate
Restrictions
- Jewellery cannot be exchanged into coins/bars
- Exchange of ornaments in part is not allowed
- Only one exchange per invoice permitted
Quality Check & Approval
- QC conducted by our internal team or a certified lab
- Exchange approved only after successful inspection
General Terms
- Zaina Jewellers reserves the right to evaluate all products
- Exchange value is adjusted against new purchase
- Taxes, duties, and applicable charges are the customer's responsibility
- Policy terms may be updated without prior notice
- All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Ambur, Tamil Nadu
