Ready-to-Ship Orders
- Cancellation is allowed before dispatch without any charges
- If the order has already been dispatched, a 2% cancellation fee will be applied
- Refund will be processed within 10 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Non-Cancellable Products
- Gold / Silver coins
- Silver coins and articles
- Gold / Silver bars
- Solitaire jewellery
- Special category items (e.g., men's collections)
Make-to-Order / Customized Jewellery
Customized jewellery is specially crafted and follows a different cancellation structure.
Cancellation within 2 days of order placement
- Allowed only if order processing has not commenced
- Processing status confirmed by our team with the manufacturing unit
- A full refund will be processed in such cases
Cancellation after processing has started
- Making charges, stone charges, and taxes will be deducted
- Remaining balance refunded within 7 business days
- Amount credited to original payment source, or adjusted against another purchase
Failed Transactions
- Amount debited will be reversed within 72 hours by the payment gateway
