Our buyback policy is applicable to selected products purchased through our official website and our Ambur store.
- Applicable for jewellery, solitaire diamonds, and gold coins/bars
- Buyback is eligible after 14 days from the date of purchase
- Valid invoice is mandatory

- Return the product to our registered Ambur address
- Or visit our store with the original invoice

The buyback value is determined based on prevailing market rates and product category.
Gold Jewellery
- 96% of benchmark gold rate
Diamond Jewellery
- 100% gold value (current rate)
- 80% diamond value (as per invoice, less discount given)
Gold Coins/Bars
- 96% of gold rate
Silver Buyback Rates
Silver products are evaluated based on purity and transaction type.
99.9 purity
- 90% for cash
- 95% for exchange
92.5 purity
- 85% for cash
- 90% for exchange
Valuation Process
- Valuation based on prevailing market rates
- Final value considers product condition, quality, and market factors
- Discount given at purchase will be deducted
Quality Check & Approval
- Quality inspection conducted by our experts or a certified lab
- Process may take up to 3 working days
- Final value confirmed post-inspection
Payment Process
- Payment via Account Payee Cheque or NEFT/RTGS
- Processing time: 7–10 working days
- Payment issued only in the name of the invoice holder
