Make to Order is a unique offering that allows customers to place advance orders for jewellery manufacturing at exclusive pricing, ensuring both customization and value.

• Available for selected products on product pages
• Allows customers to order in-stock designs (manufactured fresh) or out-of-stock designs (made on request)
• Requires advance planning and upfront payment
• Orders are manufactured and delivered within the promised timeline

Product Availability

Pricing & Discounts

• Discounts vary by product and are displayed on the product page
• Final price may vary after manufacturing due to gold, diamond, or stone weight
• Price is calculated based on the booked gold rate at the time of order
• Excess or short payment will be adjusted post-production

Payment Terms

• Accepted methods: credit card, debit card, net banking, fund transfer
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
• Full or advance payment required at order placement

Manufacturing & Delivery

• Products are manufactured after order confirmation
• Delivery timeline is shared at the time of purchase
• Customers will be notified once the product is ready
• Final payment adjustment communicated before dispatch

Design & Weight Variations

• Up to 20% variation in weight/design may occur, or as mentioned by our design consultant
• Final product may slightly differ from images shown
• Variations are part of the handcrafted manufacturing process

Returns & Exchanges

• The 3-day return policy is not applicable
• Products can be exchanged under our Exchange Policy
• Products can be returned under our Buyback Policy
• Standard refund policy does not apply

• Customer support team will notify you once the product is ready
• Final price confirmation will be shared
• Payment link provided if an additional amount is required
